Hello! We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager with at least 1,5 years of experience on a related position to join our growing team. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, understand the IT market, and want to contribute to business growth — we’d love to meet you!
Key responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound and inbound channels;
  • Conduct sales calls, discovery meetings, and product/service presentations;
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to closing the deal;
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients;
  • Provide changes and proactively initiate improvements to the sales processes;
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure successful project onboarding;
  • Track sales performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
Requirements
  • 1,5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in IT, SaaS, or tech-related fields);
  • Experience in outsourcing or outstaffing IT companies;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong, long-lasting, and trustful relationships with clients;
  • Strong capability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions;
  • Upper-intermediate English or higher;
  • Experience working with international clients (US/EU markets is a plus);
  • Understanding of software development cycles and tech terminology;
  • Active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile and experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, focused on client success.
