We focus on Acquisition, Engagement, and Retention, and track the KPIs that drive them: CPI/CAC, conversion rate, tutorial completion, time-to-first-fun, session length/frequency, D1/D7/D30 retention, churn cohorts.

How does optimization work during development?

We optimize in three layers: performance (FPS, memory, load time, build size), stability (crashes, ANR, device coverage), and gameplay/UX.

Can you add gamification to an existing product?

Yes. We can design and implement gamification features like progression, quests, achievements, streaks, rewards, leaderboards, challenges, and seasonal events.
