Key responsibilities:
  1. Manage lead generation campaigns on the LinkedIn and Upwork platforms;
  2. Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;
  3. Establishing effective communication with potential clients;
  4. Understanding and clarification of the client's needs, facilitating sales activities;
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through the website, social media, company LinkedIn, agency profiles, etc;
  6. Conduct business correspondence;
  7. Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.
Requirements:
  1. Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;
  2. At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  3. Experience with LinkedIn and Upwork lead generation processes;
  4. Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of CRM systems, and Google Workspace;
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;
  6. Good skills in writing custom cover letters.

Hiring Process:
  1. HR interview (up to 45 minutes);
  2. Test task;
  3. Technical interview (up to 45 minutes);
