Hello! We are seeking a talented IT Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and drive the expansion of our client base. If you have a passion for creating successful lead-generation strategies and a proven ability to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

Manage lead generation campaigns on the LinkedIn and Upwork platforms;
Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;
Establishing effective communication with potential clients;
Understanding and clarification of the client's needs, facilitating sales activities;
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through the website, social media, company LinkedIn, agency profiles, etc;
Conduct business correspondence;
Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.

Requirements:

Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
Experience with LinkedIn and Upwork lead generation processes;
Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of CRM systems, and Google Workspace;
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;
Good skills in writing custom cover letters.
