Key responsibilities:
  1. Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn and other sources;
  2. Connect with prospects and build relationships via LinkedIn outreach, email, and other channels;
  3. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team;
  4. Create and customize compelling cover letters to pitch services to prospects;
  5. Establishing effective communication with potential clients;
  6. Understanding and clarification of client's needs, facilitating sales activities;
  7. Conduct business correspondence;
  8. Monitoring, recording, and generating reports for all active clients, including data and statistics maintenance.
Requirements:
  1. 0-6 months of experience in a similar role as an IT Lead Generation Specialist or a related position;
  2. At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
  3. Experience with LinkedIn and knowledge about lead generation campaign;
  4. Proficiency in utilizing lead generation tools, marketing automation platforms, knowledge of HubSpot CRM system, and Google Workspace;
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients;
  6. Good skills in writing custom cover letters;
  7. Completed courses in lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
Hiring Process:
  1. HR interview (up to 45 minutes);
  2. Test task;
  3. Technical interview (up to 45 minutes);
  4. Final interview (1 hour).
