As we expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Lead Manual QA Engineer who is ready to take ownership of testing tasks and contribute to building reliable products.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Manage, train and coordinate QA team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement;
  2. Lead manual testing of web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality and stability;
  3. Create, review, and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports) while coordinating bug reporting and tracking processes;
  4. Plan and execute test activities, providing feedback to improve product functionality and user experience;
  5. Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and designers to align on quality goals and resolve issues efficiently;
  6. Drive enhancements to QA processes, tools, and overall test strategy.
Requirements:
  1. 2-4 years of commercial experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications;
  2. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing levels, and testing types;
  3. Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, etc.);
  4. Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation;
  5. Knowledge of MySQL databases and ability to write SQL queries;
  6. Practical experience with API testing (REST);
  7. Understanding of internet technology stack (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
  8. Familiarity with basic automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Postman scripts, Selenium basics, or Python automation);
  9. Great communication and analytical skills, attention to detail;
  10. Experience in mentoring junior QA engineers and participating in task planning and prioritization;
  11. Ability to organize and oversee QA processes within the team;
  12. English level — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
Good to know:
  1. Basic knowledge of programming concepts;
  2. Understanding of client-server architecture;
  3. Basic knowledge of automation tools or willingness to learn them.

Hiring Process:
  1. HR interview (up to 45 minutes);
  2. Technical interview (up to 45 minutes);
