AnalystHello! We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our team and work on the analysis and delivery of digital solutions. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and ensuring successful product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify needs and expectations;
- Translate business needs into clear specifications (User Stories, BRD, PRD etc);
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, and other roles in a team;
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews;
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business goals;
- Model business processes and user flows (BPMN, UML, flow diagrams);
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable;
- Manage changes in requirements and assess their impact on scope and timeline;
- Define KPIs and success criteria together with stakeholders;
Requirements
- 1,5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects;
- Experience with requirements elicitation techniques;
- Ability to create clear documentation;
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
