ManagerHello! We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Delivery Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee project delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and lead cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication while driving high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met;
- Coordinate processes with Project Managers and cross-functional teams (development, QA, design etc.);
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders;
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies;
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates;
- Implement and improve delivery processes and best practices;
- Ensure resource allocation aligns with project priorities;
- Drive continuous improvement and team performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Delivery/Project Management or similar role;
- Strong understanding of Project Management / Software Development methodologies;
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities;
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana);
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
